Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your new halo.

Due to hygiene reasons, wigs must remain unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

We are unable to accept returns on wigs that have been worn, brushed, cut, heat styled, or altered in any way.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be returned within 7 days of approval
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once items have been received and inspected

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@herhalohair.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
