Delivery & Returns

Every halo is prepared with the same attention to detail and elegance that defines our brand. From careful packaging to timely delivery, your order is treated with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition — ready to be unveiled and adored.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £4.49
Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £6.49

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your halo has been dispatched.

Packaging

Each order is an experience, not just a delivery. Your wig arrives in our signature black-and-gold magnetic box, carefully cushioned with raffia paper for a refined luxury finish.

Every wig is enclosed in a protective satin wig bag, perfect for safe storage between wears.

Each box includes a free wig cap and a detangling tool selected by range:

  • Halo Luxe — premium detangling brush
  • Halo Essentials — lightweight detangling comb

Your parcel also includes a Her Halo Hair Co Care Card for easy at-home maintenance.

International Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only, but international shipping is coming soon. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when worldwide delivery becomes available.

Delays

During busy periods or postal disruptions, your order may take slightly longer to arrive. We will always keep you informed and do everything we can to ensure your halo reaches you safely.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to absolutely love your new halo. For hygiene reasons, wigs must remain unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Once approved, items must be posted back within 7 days.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item.

We cannot accept returns on wigs that have been worn, brushed, cut, styled with heat or altered in any way.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@herhalohair.com within 48 hours so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
