Holiday Dispatch Notice

Orders placed between 12th–19th June will be dispatched from Monday 22nd June.

You can continue to place orders as normal during this time. All orders will be carefully prepared and dispatched from 22nd June in the order they are received.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £4.99

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your halo has been dispatched.


European Delivery

We now deliver across Europe 🌍

Delivery time: 5–10 working days
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

Packaging

Your order is more than a delivery — it’s an experience.

Your wig arrives in our signature black and gold box, carefully packaged to keep it safe and looking beautiful.

Each wig is enclosed in a protective satin storage bag, perfect for keeping your halo safe between wears.

Inside, you’ll also find:

  • A detangling comb to help keep your halo smooth and tangle-free
  • A complimentary wig cap
  • Your Her Halo Hair Co Care Card

Delivery Delays

During busy periods or postal disruptions, delivery times may be slightly extended. While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays outside of our control may occur.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to absolutely love your new halo. For hygiene reasons, wigs must remain unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be posted back within 7 days of return approval.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Return Packaging

To protect your wig and presentation box during transit, please return your order using the original protective packaging provided wherever possible.

Please do not attach postage labels, tape or courier documentation directly to the Her Halo Hair Co presentation box. The presentation box should be placed inside suitable outer packaging for its return journey.

Items must be returned with all original packaging, including any care cards, wig caps, brushes and accessories supplied with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We're unable to accept returns on wigs that have been:

  • Worn
  • Brushed
  • Cut or trimmed
  • Heat styled
  • Washed
  • Dyed or coloured
  • Altered in any way
  • Returned without tags attached

Any item returned that does not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Her Halo Hair Co cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email info@herhalohair.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund transaction.
