Wigs

Are your wigs synthetic or human hair?
Our current collection features a carefully curated range of high-quality synthetic wigs across our Halo Luxe and Halo Essentials collections. Each product page clearly shows which range it belongs to.

Halo Luxe offers elevated, salon-inspired looks, while Halo Essentials provides accessible, budget-friendly beauty without compromising on comfort or realism. Both are designed to help you feel confident, stylish and beautifully you.

We’ll also be introducing human hair wigs soon for even more choice and versatility.

Are your wigs beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Most of our wigs come pre-styled with adjustable straps and breathable open-weft caps, making them perfect for beginners and everyday wear.

Do your wigs include combs or clips?
Construction varies by style. Please check the Product Details section on each listing, many include adjustable straps for a secure, comfortable fit.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We photograph our wigs in natural lighting to show true colour, but shades may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, screen settings and photography variations. We always aim to represent every shade as accurately as possible.


Wig Care

How do I wash my wig?
We recommend washing your wig every 6–8 wears using cold water and a wig-specific shampoo. For step-by-step care, visit our Wig Care Guide.

Can I use heat tools on my wig?
Only on wigs labelled heat-friendly or heat-resistant. Always check the product description before styling and use the lowest heat setting (maximum 150°C).


Shipping & Orders

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your item has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only, but international delivery options will be available soon.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return a wig if I change my mind?
We want you to absolutely love your new halo. For hygiene reasons, wigs must remain unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging (with tags attached) to qualify for a return or exchange.

How long do I have to request a return?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, items must be posted back within 7 days.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.

Can I return a wig that’s been worn or styled?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot accept returns on wigs that have been worn, brushed, cut or altered in any way.

What if my wig arrives damaged or incorrect?
I personally inspect each wig before it's packaged to ensure everything is perfect. If your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong style, please email info@herhalohair.com within 48 hours and I’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
