1 frozen banana
1/2 Cup. almond, coconut or oat mylk
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2-1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Medjool Dates (soak in boiling water 3 minutes before adding to smoothie)
1 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil
*Pro Tip* Add 1 scoop of your favourite protein to give your smoothie a mousse type consistency
Blend until smooth.
